Chad Kalland
Chief Executive Officer
With 30 years of experience in environmental and industrial services, Chad Kalland is a respected leader known for his expertise in building high-performing teams and driving business growth. Prior to joining Vac2Go, Chad served as CEO of Vecta Environmental Services, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company from a startup to a national leader. In 2022, Chad was honored as a Southwest Region Finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award. He is an active member of the Water Jet Technology Association, Houston Business Roundtable, and various other industry and nonprofit organizations.
Kevin Podmore
Chief Operating Officer
Kevin joined our team in September 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in operational excellence and fleet management. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at United Site Services, where he honed his skills in strategic sourcing and fleet operations. With a proven track record of managing extensive fleet operations and overseeing large-scale projects, Kevin's expertise is invaluable to our organization. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Kevin was awarded the Bronze Star for his service, reflecting his commitment and leadership. He holds a degree from Providence College and an MBA from the University of Phoenix and is a Certified Transportation Professional.
Allison Jamison Woosley
Chief Financial Officer
Allison is a highly accomplished executive with an extensive career dedicated to aligning corporate resources with strategic business opportunities. In January 2020, she brought her two decades of expertise to Vac2Go. Before joining Vac2Go, Allison held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at a prominent national stadium seating manufacturer, where she played a pivotal role in steering financial strategies. Her background also includes experience in big four public accounting, further enriching her financial acumen. Allison earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Kentucky University and is a Certified Public Accountant. In 2025, she was honored as a "Best in Finance" honoree by Louisville Business First.
Dustin Culverhouse
Chief Revenue Officer
Since joining Vac2Go in June 2021, Dustin Culverhouse has been a driving force for Vac2Go, propelling the sales team to unprecedented levels. With a robust background spanning over a decade in strategic leadership roles, particularly within the hydro-vac and equipment rental sectors, Dustin showcases his deep-seated expertise. His adoption of innovative strategies and keen insight aligns seamlessly with Vac2Go's pursuit of service excellence and underscores their commitment to delivering superior customer experiences.
McKenna Goodman
Director of Marketing
McKenna joined the Vac2Go team in January 2016 after earning her Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisville. As Director of Marketing, she plays a vital role in driving the company's growth and brand awareness. McKenna oversees all marketing initiatives across Vac2Go's locations, ensuring consistent messaging, creative strategy, and community engagement. Her leadership and innovative approach continue to strengthen the company's presence in the industry.
Lauren Smith
Accounts Payable Specialist
Lauren joined the Vac2Go team in September 2020 and plays a crucial role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. As our Accounts Payable Specialist, she works closely with all of our locations to ensure invoices are processed efficiently and accurately. A graduate of the University of Louisville, Lauren holds a bachelor's degree in Communications. National Account Manager
Starting with Vac2Go in January 2025 as Regional Sales Manager for our New Jersey branch, Alex played a crucial role in establishing the branch and getting it up and running. Her success and leadership quickly led her to her current role as National Account Manager, where she continues to drive growth and build lasting partnerships across the nation. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
